Senior Manager, Corporate Finance

📋 Description

• Own the MBR process end-to-end; set timelines and drive accountability across partners and leaders
• Lead company-wide Annual Operating Plan and quarterly reforecasts
• Build and maintain financial models (P&L, BS, CF) with EAC reporting
• Use Planful to structure data and build dashboards for budget vs actuals
• Drive standardization and improvement in planning and reporting as the company scales
• Mentor a team of G&A Finance Business Partners across HR, IT, Legal, and ops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; 8+ years FP&A/corporate finance
• Experience owning AOP/forecasting at enterprise or division level
• Advanced financial modeling skills across statements; executive-sounding narratives
• Hands-on with EPM/CPM platforms (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion) for reports
• Proven ability to synthesize analysis into concise executive/Board narratives
• Experience leading finance business partners in high-growth environments
