📋 Description

• Bridge regulatory needs with Core Network engineering. Translate mandates into actionable
• Lead requirement discovery with MNOs, regulators, and internal teams.
• Assess local regs vs platform capabilities; plan enhancements and phased delivery.
• Produce high-level tech workflows for regulatory services (MNP, LI).
• Define data exchange rules for Number Portability and voice/SMS routing.
• Define data points and reporting frequencies for authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years as Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect (Telecom/Tech preferred).
• Ability to synthesize regulatory docs into actionable engineering tasks.
• Comfort discussing SIP, SMS routing, MNP databases with engineers.
• Proven skill in writing User Stories, Functional Specs, and Jira management.
• Experience or interest in international roaming and global telecom markets.
• Ability to create clear documentation and process flowcharts.
