Software Engineer (TS/SCI + Poly is Required)

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems for analytics and real-time use
• Lead software components through design, testing, and integration
• Analyze requirements and optimize performance and data handling
• Coordinate with system engineers on requirements and interfaces
• Mentor teammates and ensure adherence to process standards
• Work within TS/SCI with Poly requirements and government standards

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required
• Extensive SWE experience in complex programs
• Bachelor’s in CS or related; or equivalent
• Strong background in algorithms, data processing, and DB tech
• U.S. Citizens per clearance requirement
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Meade, MD
