Software Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead a small team of full-stack engineers on .NET, Angular, Azure platform.
• Maintain a secure, scalable e-signature platform with reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with UI designers and product owners on front-end features and defects.
• Own platform health: monitoring, alerts, performance tuning, incident response.
• Ensure security, auditability, and data protection standards across the product.
• Partner with Product and IT to plan deployments with quality and security in mind.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building large-scale distributed systems.
• 6+ years with .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• 3+ years with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience building reusable Angular components and RESTful APIs.
• Experience leading a small engineering team and mentoring developers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product and IT.
