Data Center Operations Technician (MMR/MDF & Fiber Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day ops of MMR and MDF in hyperscale AI training env.
• Fiber operations: install, dress, test, document fiber infra; cross-connects.
• Rack-and-stack servers and network gear; manage cable routing and labeling.
• Support power distribution and HVAC coordination for critical spaces.
• Lead or assist incident response for Layer 1 and infra events.
• Maintain change-management, as-built docs, and asset records.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data center, carrier, or mission-critical telecom infra.
• Strong Layer 1 networking and fiber: OTDR, optical power meters.
• Rack-and-stack, hardware install, and cable management skills.
• Experience with circuit turn-up, maintenance, and incident response.
• Familiar with change management, documentation, SLA-driven ops.
• Ability to work independently with NOC/engineering teams.
