Lead Engineer (Data Center)

📋 Description

• Join SpaceXAI’s High Power Engineering team to design, build, operate, and maintain electrical
• Lead electrical scope from medium-voltage to GPU racks, focusing on topology, redundancy, and
• Collaborate with compute, mechanical, and cooling teams to align rack density, load behavior, and
• Oversee design reviews with EPCs, OEMs, and owner’s engineers; guide vendor drawings and FAT
• Ensure safety and compliance with NFPA/NESC/IEEE standards while delivering scalable, repeatable
• Travel to other sites as needed and support on-site operations in Memphis, TN.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in electrical power design for high-power or mission-critical systems.
• Experience owning 10 kV to 35 kV medium-voltage distribution architecture.
• Preferred: PE license or intent to pursue; 5+ years in hyperscale/mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with high-density AI compute, liquid cooling, and leadership of engineering teams.
