Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert in FP&A.
• Liaise with business leaders and operations directors to support budget cycles and communicate
• Deliver analysis of monthly financial results to forecast full year performance.
• Participate in design and analysis of financial reports and monthly statements.
• Assist with long-range planning via financial models and projections.
• Develop, upgrade and maintain forecasting and reporting processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 7+ years in financial planning and analysis; complex financial modeling a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal skills to interact across all company levels.
