📋 Description
- Provides strategic leadership and oversight of financial operations for the Alamo Workforce
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while safeguarding fiscal integrity
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee accounting, payroll, and procurement functions.
- Monitor grant and contract compliance with funder regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for leadership and funders.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in non-profit or
- Expertise in GAAP, cost allocation, and grants management.
