Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal prep, shopping, budgeting, goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Promote independence, personal choice, and life skills development.
• Support individuals in ISPs and document progress accordingly.
• Observe and communicate changes, concerns, and progress to supervisors and team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to assist individuals with personal cares and ADLs
