📋 Description
- Design global routing, decision and motion planning systems for safe, efficient delivery with
- Advance all-scenario autonomous driving on city streets and semi-enclosed campuses under dynamic
- Research non-structural indoor environments for nonlinear multi-objective planning
- Contribute to quantified metrics, data loops, and expand automated testing coverage
- Engage in data-driven end-to-end planning research and scenario optimization
🎯 Requirements
- Master’s or higher in CS/AI/Applied Math/Vehicle Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of planning algorithm R&D in autonomous driving or robotics
- Strong C++ coding, proficient Python and Linux; ROS/ROS2 or Apollo/Autoware experience
- Familiar with planning methods (Lattice, DP/QP, Hybrid A*, POMDP); experience with real vehicle
- 3+ years of game theory or interactive environment decision planning; ML planning methods
- Knowledge of layered autonomous driving planning stack; evaluate trajectory quality
