📋 Description

• Lead Territory Design, Quota Setting, Segmentation & Targeting
• Support regional P&L management and budgeting
• Turn data into actionable recommendations for growth
• Collaborate with senior sales, marketing and market access
• Provide analyses for leadership reviews and dashboards
• Forecast trends using internal and external data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or related; Master’s a plus
• 5-7 years in business analysis, finance or PM
• Excel expert; SQL & Salesforce; Tableau/Python/R a plus
• Strong analytic skills, attention to detail
• German & English fluent, excellent communication
