📋 Description

• Design, build, and support Discord's next generation experimentation platform, including core
• Collaborate with external stakeholders across the company to support experimentation needs.
• Influence product telemetry practices to enable robust experimentation.
• Build high-scale data systems powering internal teams and product features used by millions of
• Deliver business results by running experiments on features, ML models, and more in partnership

🎯 Requirements

• You have 7+ years of experience as a full-stack SWE.
• Experience building internal tools, with familiarity in A/B testing and statistical frameworks.
• Experience with experimentation tooling; building core parts of experimentation platforms from
• Strong track record leading complex technical projects with ship-ready outcomes.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and security controls in systems design.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL. Typescript or Rust is a plus.
