Senior Director of Hivemind Finance (R5621)

📋 Description

• Lead Hivemind program finance activities to support program execution
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product to deliver financial intelligence
• Shape strategy and fuel innovation in a high-visibility finance role
• Engage with program management to forecast and achieve financial outcomes
• Improve processes to enable sustainable growth in program finance
• Direct report to VP of Finance, Program Finance Aircraft & Product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years in financial analysis/FP&A/finance
• 8+ years in Aerospace & Defense industry
• Experience in FP&A, controls, pricing, EV, budgeting and ERP transforms
• Strong US GAAP knowledge in gov contracting or manufacturing
• Familiar with government contract structures (T&M, CPFF, FFP)
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, AI tools, data analysis
