📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Provide personal care and companionship
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Support daily routines and home maintenance
• Help clients stay safe and independent at home
• Work in clients' homes within assigned counties

• Experience in home health or patient care welcomed; training provided
