Technical Program Manager, Security

📋 Description

• Lead security-related programs across the org in a multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) environment.
• Coordinate with Security and Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and patch vulnerabilities.
• Improve security processes, tooling, and automation to accelerate remediation.
• Utilize AI-driven approaches to inform proactive security roadmaps based on risk.
• Oversee vulnerability management for infrastructure, code, and dependencies.
• Embed a security-first mindset within engineering workflows and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management focused on security engineering.
• Strong PM skills with experience delivering complex security initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, SRE/QE, developers).
• Deep knowledge of application/infrastructure security, data privacy, threat modeling, vulnerability
• Hands-on with security tooling (SAST/DAST, IDS/IPS, firewalls), scripting for automation.
• Excellent prioritization, organization, and communication skills.
