Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst – Legal Systems

📋 Description

• Strategic partner to Legal Leadership and Legal Operations on technology strategy and roadmap
• Own end-to-end ownership of enterprise legal tech platforms and data architecture decisions
• Translate Legal priorities into scalable system capabilities to improve efficiency and compliance
• Lead design, configuration, integrations, and vendor management for legal systems
• Drive outcomes across contract lifecycle, spend visibility, compliance, and risk management
• Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure regulatory and privacy requirements are met

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical BSA with increasing ownership
• Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, Risk, or regulated functions
• Hands-on configuration in enterprise SaaS platforms
• Experience leading complex system implementations and integrations
• Strong data governance, RBAC, and confidentiality handling capabilities
