Technical Implementation Manager, Lob Logistics

📋 Description

• Lead technical onboarding and integration of new customers and logistics partners.
• Own integrations from verbal commitment through 30 days in production.
• Collaborate with customer tech, operations, and postal teams to design integrations.
• Travel onsite for project scoping and implementation activities as needed.
• Document implementation plans, requirements, testing criteria, and launch readiness.
• Configure customer profiles and manage integrations across Lob Logistics systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, technical consulting, implementation, or similar customer-facing
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, authentication, and system integrations.
• Experience in direct mail, logistics, or environments connecting software to complex physical
• Familiarity with USPS mail preparation, commingling, and related postal requirements.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements and drive implementations.
• Comfort collaborating with customer engineers and internal tech teams; travel to customer sites.
