• Own the platform architecture and set cross-cutting direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering; track record as Principal or Staff IC.
• Deep distributed architecture experience with backend and event-driven systems.
• Platform thinking with track record shipping developer-facing systems at scale.
• IAM platform thinking; identity tooling for developers.
• Ownership in ambiguity; clear technical direction without heavy scoping.
• Strong Node.js fundamentals; Go is a plus; agent-aware design.
