Head of Technical Success, Government

📋 Description

• Oversee technical functions across the government customer lifecycle: pre-sales
• Define and operate a unified technical success strategy for federal, state/local, international
• Lead an organization of technical success personnel, including hiring, design, and career growth.
• Guide government deployments, from discovery through architecture, prototyping, production
• Partner with Government Sales and technical teams to align strategy and resources.
• Serve as technical sponsor for strategic government and partner relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years with public sector customers and a track record building multidisciplinary technical
• Deep technical acumen in AI, APIs/SDKs, enterprise architecture, security, cloud integration, and
• Experience serving government or similarly regulated customers; international government experience
• Ability to translate complex concepts for executive, technical, policy, and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional executive communication; data-driven approach to measure technical success and guide
• Collaborative across Sales, Product, Engineering, Research, Security, Legal, Policy, and partners.
