Accounts Receivable Specialist (Project-Based, Remote)

📋 Description

• Own the order-to-cash process and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Reconcile Amazon Seller Central and Merch by Amazon transactions
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up with professionalism
• Assist with month-end close and ongoing AR process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years AR, collections, or accounting experience
• Strong detail orientation and reconciliation skills
• Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces (Seller Central, Merch by Amazon)
• Experience managing chargebacks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with accounting ERPs and Excel
