• Translate company priorities into multi-year experience strategy and sequenced paths from today’s

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of product design experience, including platform-scale or ecosystem initiatives in
• Portfolio showing Principal-level scope: vision, systems architecture, exceptional interaction
• Experience defining foundational product architecture, shared interaction models, or platform
• Strong ability to influence priorities and executive decisions without direct authority.
• Track record connecting long-term vision to executable launches, experiments, and organizational
• Expert interaction design and information architecture, with good judgment on reuse vs. evolution
