📋 Description

• Provide career coaching for youth aged 16-24 to identify interests, strengths and goals
• Offer personalized coaching, mentorship and resources to explore career options
• Conduct case management and follow-up to ensure contract goals are met
• Coordinate orientation, documentation and collaboration with schools and management
• Facilitate professional development workshops and maintain participant records
• Assist in intake, enrollment, and post-placement follow-up per contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Flexibility to adapt to contract needs and program requirements
• MS Office and Google Docs proficiency
• 2+ years in career advisement, workshop facilitation, workforce curriculum development, public
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare or communications or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
