IT Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Be the face of IT for our Washington, D.C. office, enabling teams to work without tech friction.
• Provide hands-on hardware and software support, troubleshooting in real time.
• Own the technology footprint of the office and help expand local IT infrastructure.
• Support device provisioning, OS deployments, and everyday user issues.
• Support SaaS tools and Office 365, including licensing and access management.
• Occasionally travel to regional facilities to install or support IT environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid IT support experience in Windows and macOS environments.
• Proactive, hands-on problem solver who can manage tickets from issue to resolution.
• Experience with Office 365, Intune, and JAMF/Mobile Device Management basics.
• Familiarity with PowerShell or Python to automate workflows is a plus.
• Strong comfort with hardware lifecycle management and office tech setups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or high-paced environment.
