📋 Description

• Build and ship features for the Authorization team across 1Password.
• Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight.
• Participate in planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch support.
• Write maintainable, well-tested code; contribute to testing strategies.
• Document work clearly; share context for reviews and support.
• Provide thoughtful code reviews and collaborate with support and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Go and ability to work independently with necessary tools.
• Experience with authorization/identity systems; strong understanding of access control and
• Comfort navigating an existing codebase and proposing improvements.
• A quality mindset focused on testing, maintainability, and clarity.
• Strong communication; share progress and raise blockers early.
• Collaborative approach and constructive teamwork.
