📋 Description

• Senior engineer for Bitwarden's Secrets Manager and AI Identity team
• Lead design and development of the next-gen privileged access platform
• Own gateway services, terminal access protocols, and auditing/enforcement
• Operate at the intersection of security, scalability, and user experience
• Role supports end-to-end ownership from design to production health

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15 years as a Software Engineer with team lead experience
• Strong proficiency in AI-led development with C#/.NET, Rust, or TypeScript
• Security domain expertise: secure gateway architectures, reverse proxies, SSH/RDP/HTTPS session
• Identity, access management, key rotation, real-time audit logging
• Experience with containers (Docker/Kubernetes), automated tests, CI/CD, SRE/observability tools
• Knowledge of zero-trust architectures, encryption standards, threat modeling
