Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

📋 Description

• Build and ship fullstack features for candidate/recruiter experiences
• Improve real-time AI-powered interview experiences
• Integrate multiple LLM providers with focus on latency and observability
• Develop deterministic internal tooling for safe, auditable work
• Collaborate across product/design/platform teams to production rollout
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience shipping production software end-to-end in a fullstack capacity
• Strong backend in at least one modern language + frontend with a component-based framework
• Ability to pick up unfamiliar stacks quickly in mixed environments
• Hands-on with agentic development workflows and AI-generated code review
• Experience building AI-enabled production systems with LLM APIs, streaming, tool-calling
• Proven code review contributor with mentoring peers
