Senior AI Deployment Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead large, complex deployments for top customers.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget with GTM partners.
• Conduct discovery to define technical and project plans.
• Configure Fin platform: automation, workflows, analytics.
• Coordinate data migrations, integrations, and security reviews.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers on technical hurdles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or services (SaaS/AI).
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time/budget.
• Hands-on config ability; familiar with APIs and data flows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Comfort prioritizing in ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Intercom Helpdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar CX platforms a plus.

🎁 Benefits

• Hybrid work policy; in-office at least 3 days/week.
• Base salary SF Bay Area: $148,500-$177,400.
