Billing and Revenue Associate

📋 Description

• Execute revenue related processes: billing, revenue recognition, and contract validation for
• Validate SAP orders from CRM per internal processes and US GAAP policies.
• Partner with Order Management to ensure SAP orders comply with NIQ policies.
• Process customer invoicing and invoice cancellations/credit notes.
• Process revenue recognition and prepare related billing/revenue reports.
• Prepare accruals, provisions, write-offs, and reconciliations; manage month-end reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of revenue processes and accounting (Order Management, CRM, Billing, Collections
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Fluency in English and local language mandatory; other regional language preferred.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills.
• Self-starter, creative, with autonomy; experience in multinational environments.
• 2+ years of experience in finance; experience with remote counterparts.
