Senior Infrastructure and Voice Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide Level 3 support across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and UC environments.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, servers, storage, MS tech, and VoIP platforms.
• Design and support SIP-based telephony and cloud comms (Teams Phone, Direct Routing).
• Configure and optimise network, server, cloud, and telecoms infra for perf, security, reliability.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery, Project teams, clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Develop designs, docs, and operational procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a Senior Infrastructure and Voice Engineer role across infra, cloud, networking
• Certifications in Fortinet, Cisco, Microsoft (M365, Azure, Teams Voice), VoIP/UC.
• Experience in enterprise infra, networking, and comms, MSP/multi-client.
• LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, VoIP, SIP, RTP, UC, Teams
• Design, implement, support complex infra/cloud/voice solutions; installs, upgrades, migrations
• Knowledge of PSTN, SIP trunking, dial plans, call routing, voice gateways, number porting, carriers.
