🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science or related experience
- Entry level position (<2 years typical)
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior automation exposure is highly desired
- Willingness to support 24/7 biologics operation
