AI Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Build AI systems used by engineers and operators across the company.
• Work across the full software lifecycle: concept, design, implementation, and iteration.
• Develop AI-powered applications and agents on foundation models with production readiness.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholder teams to define requirements and iterate.
• Adopt agile practices and ship CI/CD‑friendly software.
• Contribute to a modular, scalable software platform for autonomous operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong CS foundations: data structures, algorithms, systems, clean code.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) via coursework, projects, or self‑directed
• Proficient in at least one programming language and eager to learn more.
• Curious, fast‑learning, and hands‑on with engineers and operators on the factory floor.
