📋 Description

• Architect AI-Augmented Developer Tools: Lead the hands-on building of internal developer platforms
• Design Agentic Systems & LLM Orchestration: Build multi-agent automation systems and adaptive
• Develop Workflow Abstractions: Create DSLs and FSM abstractions to model, control, and route
• Manage Stateful Context: Implement Near Real-Time Memory (NRTM) and shared session management to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with backend or platform tooling.
• 2+ years of experience at Staff or Principal scope.
• Demonstrated technical leadership: mentoring 2+ engineers, leading architecture reviews, or primary
• Strong hands-on coding in Java, Python, or Go.
• Deep experience in microservices, RESTful web services, and event-driven architectures.
