Senior Software Engineer II, (AI Native)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end backend features for AdServer/RTB.
• Design architecture and ensure high quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams on ads tech.
• Leverage AI tooling to improve targeting and bidding.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold code quality standards.
• Contribute to monitoring and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or related field.
• 5-8 years backend exp with Java and multi-threaded systems.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems.
• Cloud-native, ideally AWS; AdTech familiarity a plus.
• Strong communication and AI-assisted development openness.
• Experience with third-party APIs or partner systems a plus.
