🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience in telecommunications, IT operations, vendor support, service delivery
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, vendors, and stakeholders at the same time.
• Experience with Jira or similar tracking/project management tools.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, vendor portals, trackers, and internal workflow tools.
