SIEM and Data Management Engineer – Managed Security

📋 Description

• Lead/configure data onboarding for XSIAM data sources
• Onboard client/internal data via API/syslog/agents/files
• Tune parsers, field extractions, and normalization logic
• Define log source requirements with client teams
• Maintain data standards for naming, tagging, metadata
• Support ingestion pipelines for reliability and scale

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM data onboarding and pipelines
• XSIAM/SIEM admin with data onboarding, ingestion, storage management
• Knowledge of log collection incl. API, syslog, agent-based, cloud connectors
• Experience tuning parsers/regex and normalization for security telemetry
• Understanding of index lifecycle, retention, and cost-performance tradeoffs
• Experience automating tasks with Python or similar
