• Advise clients on their legal rights and draft case documents
• Attend pretrial hearings on behalf of clients and advise on strategies
• Manage court appearances, trials, motions, witness interviews, and legal research
• Analyze probable case outcomes using legal precedents
• Manage workload and caseload across matters
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses/experts

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense through law school clinics, volunteer work, or internships
• Juris Doctorate degree
• Active bar admission (or graduates awaiting admission considered)
• Team player who collaborates with associates
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to move cases forward
