• Help bring educational products from concept through launch on the New Product Development team.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and Asia team to ensure product success.
• Analyze market trends and sales data to inform development.
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights for decisions.
• Ensure target price, functionality, quality, and safety standards.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year in product development
• 3+ years in education as a teacher
• Understanding of development for physical items
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Onsite full-time work in Carson, CA
