Senior Educational Product Specialist (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of custom educational products from concept to production.
• Own vendor relationships: sourcing, quoting, negotiating, procurement coordination.
• Manage multiple projects across timelines, flag risks early.
• Review artwork, prototypes, and samples against specs for quality.
• Present projects in customer meetings and translate details into recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, operations, and sales teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in product development/management with physical goods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with vendors/partners: quoting, negotiation, quality review.
• Strong communicator with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work onsite at Carson, CA headquarters.
