📋 Description

• Define and decompose system requirements for multi-day storage
• Model hazards and perform FMEA to reduce risk
• Develop logical/physical architectures with MBSE tools
• Drive requirement changes via functional impact analysis
• Assess maturity across requirements, design, verification
• Collaborate with electrochemical, mechanical, power electronics, and controls teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in systems engineering or technical lead in deep-tech sectors
• Breadth across electrical, thermal, software controls, and hardware
• Experience managing hardware requirements from concept to scale-up
• Experience with requirements management and DFMEA
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership
• Curious, pragmatic problem-solver; able to navigate ambiguity
