Staff Software Engineer, Backend

📋 Description

• Architect, build, and scale server-side software and services for device identity and security.
• Define architectural vision and drive technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and raise engineering bar for the pillar.
• Partner with Product, Design, and QA to deliver critical engineering initiatives.
• Champion AI-native engineering practices within the PDLC and accelerate delivery with AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring.
• Deep expertise with high-performance Postgres or MySQL, schema design, and query optimization.
• Experience designing, building, and securing RESTful APIs for large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of server-side tech including caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading.
• Understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OO principles.
• Experience in agile, with CI/CD and automated testing.
