• Build and develop a high‑performing Finance team with clear priorities and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Solid experience leading finance roles, ideally in tech, startups, marketplaces or dynamic
• Proven track record managing P&L, budgets, forecasts, cash flow and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial control, taxation, compliance; experience with audits and
• Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution; ability to operate in fast‑paced environments.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and ability to translate financial data into actionable
