Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meals, shopping, budgeting, goals
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote independence.
• Support individuals in ISPs and document progress accordingly.
• Observe and report changes to supervisors and team members.
• Transport individuals to appointments and activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willingness to assist with personal cares and ADLs
