Customer Service Rep

📋 Description

• Entry level customer service position in store
• Operate all store equipment and prepare products
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete paperwork
• Keep equipment and facility clean

🎯 Requirements

• Basic math; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Verbal and written communication; process orders by phone or in person
• Accurate order entry via computer keyboard or touch screen
• Read maps and locate delivery addresses
• Ability to navigate stairs/areas and handle hot surfaces up to 500°F
