Job Description
📋 Description
- Aids in urgent, corrective repairs of minor electrical and plumbing problems
- Assists in replacing and repairing equipment, appliances and lighting; maintains repair records
- Performs preventive maintenance to ensure continued operation of the facility
- Completes manual duties as requested (moving supplies, replacing light bulbs, locks, doors)
- Maintains facilities according to regulatory requirements
- Assists in painting walls or equipment as needed

- Experience: 2 years of job-related experience
- High School Diploma
