Director, FP&A - Product & Ops

📋 Description

• Serve as senior financial authority to Hardware Eng, Software Product, and Operations leadership.
• Lead Go/No-Go financial analysis for new hardware/software launches with ROI focus.
• Own R&D capitalization strategy for software and related budgeting.
• Own financial architecture for global logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop rolling 12-month forecast and driver-based models reflecting business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Engineering; 7–10 years FP&A with hardware/software focus.
• Deep COGS, BOM analysis, cost variance tracking, and SaaS/connected device metrics.
• Experience with hardware product lifecycles, capitalization policy, sprint-to-budget alignment.
• Advanced Excel, Power Query; GAAP/IFRS knowledge; executive communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
