📋 Description

• Investigate cybersecurity issues using security data, logs, and customer environments.
• Review customer security configurations to identify risks and improve protection.
• Recommend practical security improvements to reduce cyber risk and strengthen operations.
• Support customers in adopting and maximizing managed detection and response services.
• Document investigations, solutions, and remediation activities with timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes and support onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, monitoring, vulnerability management, and managed
• Understanding of network traffic analysis and core networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching
• Familiarity with enterprise security data management; experience with SIEM/EDR/XDR is an advantage.
• Experience reviewing security configurations, identifying risks, and providing practical
• Ability to analyze data to identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities.
