📋 Description
- Own Salesforce platform and best practices across org
- Configure/customize objects, fields, rules, layouts
- CPQ configuration and maintenance for quote-to-cash
- Design and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation
- Deliver scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders
- Manage GTM integrations (HubSpot, Gong, Planhat, etc.)
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as Salesforce Administrator; independent project delivery
- Salesforce Admin certs; CPQ Specialist cert required; Admin certs preferred
- Experience with CPQ, flows, sandboxes, release processes
- Integrations with Sales/Marketing/CS platforms; data management
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
