📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end engineering for payments across Grab ecosystem.
• Architect fault-tolerant, compliant, cost-efficient services.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Ops, and country teams.
• Set technical vision and drive multi-quarter initiatives.
• Lead by example with prototypes and mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in software; 5+ in senior/lead roles.
• Java, Go, or Python with strong coding discipline.
• Distributed systems and microservices expertise.
• Payments experience: auth/capture, settlement, reconciliation, dispute handling.
• SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, and reconciliation experience.
