📋 Description

• Design and publish artifacts: briefs, fact sheets, infographics, toolkits, templates.
• Develop data visuals to clarify findings with Research/Data Analyst.
• Create social, webinar, and event graphics with Communications Specialist.
• Maintain visual style and template library aligned with branding.
• Produce print/web-ready files and ensure Section 508 accessibility.
• Manage design deliverables and timelines; incorporate feedback across revisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven graphic design/illustration experience with a published portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with TANF program and target audiences.
• Awareness of 508 accessible-document design.
• Ability to translate complex information into engaging visuals.
