📋 Description

• Full-stack ownership of AI Agents on Moveworks ServiceNow Platform.
• Design, build, tune, and launch AI-enabled workflows with customers.
• Integrate Moveworks ServiceNow with customer enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with engineering/product on new rollouts; synthesize feedback.
• Shape customer AI roadmaps with strategic guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role (e.g., FE/SE/solutions engineer).
• Experience building full-stack workflows using REST APIs and iPaaS/SOA tools.
• Independent, proactive problem solving with broad technical skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Familiarity with AI tools/frameworks and enterprise platforms a plus.
